JMA Services LLC in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, offers holistic, integrative therapy and counseling for adults, teens (ages 12–17), couples, and families. Led by Jill Akuna, LMFT, our practice is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep understanding that each person’s journey is unique.

We know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Here, you’ll find a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, be heard, and move at a pace that feels right for you. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so we take a collaborative approach, working together to create a plan that feels practical, supportive, and aligned with your life.

Depending on your needs, therapy may include traditional, holistic, integrative, or alternative approaches. We offer couples therapy, teen therapy, family therapy, and co-parenting support, including guidance in building healthier communication and finding new, more balanced ways of showing up for one another within families.

JMA Services LLC supports clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, stress, grief, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, family conflict, divorce, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, you don’t have to carry it alone—we’re here to help you find your footing again.
